Tastefully decorated from top to bottom, the bright colors will make you smile and happy from the inside out!
Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch as you let the breeze take your worries away.
Step inside to Mi Casa where you'll find every space has been decorated with bright colors and happy mementos. The living room features a large sectional sofa where your entire group can kick back and watch the latest movie or sports game on the flat-screen TV. The smart TV has a Sling subscription or feel free to login to any of the apps you subscribe to.
Flow into the dining and kitchen area where you will have everything you need to make a meal at home. Dining is available for 8 both inside at the formal dining table or out in the three-season room. The three-season room is a great place to curl up with a good book, challenge a friend to a game of cards, or sip an evening glass of wine. The windows can be raised completely on cooler days or lowered completely to enjoy the breeze on warmer days.
The lower level of Mi Casa offers a second living space with a flat-screen smart TV and a seasonal gas fireplace. The sofa in this area is a convertible and offers sleeping for 2 additional guests. Just adjacent to the living area is a bedroom with a full-size bed.
The upper level of Mi Casa offers two generous bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Both are tastefully decorated and offer plenty of room and closet space. This home is very comfortable and relaxing.
Head outside to the backyard where you'll find a fire pit complete with Adirondack-style chairs. This is a great place to gather in the evenings with your loved ones. Roast marshmallows, laugh, and tell stories of memories past. The yard is beautiful offering privacy. The private hot tub is a real treat; relax after a fun day exploring the area.
Conveniently located, Mi Casa is less than 3 miles from Lake Michigan beach, downtown Saugatuck and Douglas, and the expressway for easy access to South Haven and Holland. The bike path picks up just 2 blocks away and it's a convenient drive to all shops, restaurants, galleries, wineries, breweries, and antiques. This is the perfect home base to explore our beautiful area!

The hosts were very friendly, very easy to check in and check out. The pictures are exactly what you will see upon your arrival. The hot tub was a perfect place for relaxing after a long day of shopping at all the adorable little shops!!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place!!!!

We loved staying at Mi Casa. The screened in porch was our favorite we hung out there every morning and evening. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the location it was so close to Saugatuck and Holland. We have been coming to Michigan every summer for the last 5 years and this is by far our favorite place that we have stayed at.

Very hospitable hosts. After the first night the agency called to check in with me to check if there was anything we needed. The agency was also very responsive and helpful with questions about the amenities. Would highly recommend Mill Pond and mi casa as the agency was friendly, helpful, and provided a clean and beautiful home to rent for a reasonable price.

Our Rental was even nicer than we expected it to be. Mill Pond Realty was so nice to work with. We were allowed to check in early and they even called to check on us to make sure we had not gotten lost.

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Casa! Communication with the office was very prompt (even after hours) and the listing was exactly as described. We especially loved the hot tub and the huge backyard where our girls could play. Another bonus was the attached garage, which came in handy when we were unloading everything in the pouring rain! Would definitely recommend to others.

The house is so adorable. From the decorations to the room set ups. The hot tub was perfect. Communication was also as easy as can be. Everything was great. When we had a problem with the heat not working they got it fixed as soon as possible and we came back to a warm house.

Charming home with lovely decor, and space to stretch out. We only had a family of four but would be comfortable for a group of 8. Would stay again. Mill Pond Realty was also really easy to communicate with and very responsive.

This was a great spot for 3 couples with babies in tow! Separate bedrooms and a split level allowed everyone to have their own space and the back porch was the perfect place to hang out at night after spending the day in saugatuck, which is only about a 5 minute drive!

Very very nice house in a well located area. Check in was simple and quick, and any questions I had they were quick to respond to my text messages, even after office hours. We would definitely stay here again! Also, the hot tub is great and lights up making it a beautiful amenity to enjoy during the day, or at night.
