There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, Handsome Fellow.

The guest house, A Quiet Lad, is an open room studio featuring a kitchenette, sitting area, sleeping area with queen bed, TV with Fire Stick, and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Head out the French doors to the deck where you can relax in the sunshine with your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The outdoor space at this property is just lovely. A spacious screen porch with dining space is the ideal space to enjoy a meal in the summer. Both cottages have dedicated deck space overlooking the spacious backyard. This yard is great for your furry friends to enjoy as it's fully fenced-in.
Enjoy a flat walk to Wicks Park, less than 2 blocks away, where you can watch the boats float by on the river or take the Chain Ferry across the river for some hiking at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. Downtown Saugatuck has an abundance of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and art galleries - there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The Lad and Fellow is very comfortable and well supplied with appropriate amenities. Great location, plenty to walk to. Mill Pond was proactively contacting us to make sure that we had all our questions addressed.

What a wonderful home in Saugatuck! Walking distance to everything! Home was very clean. Enjoyed the outdoor deck and screened porch so much! Very private quiet backyard. Lovely accommodations in a fun lake town! Would use again for sure!

Our group of four couples had a great stay at Lad and Fellow. The amount of space for us was perfect. We loved the screened in porch as well as the multiple outdoor spaces. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect for a weekend in Saugatuck, within walking distance of practically everything. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking while enjoying the day in town, but was still very quiet. We are already talking about staying here again next year.

Mill Pond Realty was a great company to work with! This property was right in the heart of the city, so we were able to walk to everything. We loved that there was a private suite, and that the backyard felt like a getaway even though we were in the city. I would highly recommend working with them in the future as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Saugatuck amd love our rental. Lots of room for everyones privacy and very clean.
The rental agency was incredibly friendly and professional, I highly recommend this rental, perfectly located Downtown Saugatuck, easy access to shops, restaurants and cafes. Will definitely come back!

This is our second stay at this property. The location is fantastic and within walking distance to all the great shops in downtown Saugatuck. Our party of 5 had a great girls weekend with plenty of room to spread out. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location - easily walkable to restaurants and shops. We liked the space. It is so nicely decorated and very comfortable. Any minor concerns were quickly addressed by Mill Pond. We rented both Lad and Fellow and it worked out great for our group of 4. Thank you - We hope to stay again!

Cant beat the location thats walkable to everything! And the house was accommodating for a gathering of multiple families. The family with an infant got the coach house for privacy and peace during naps, and it was great to have the fenced-in yard for the dog. And the yard was perfectly accessible from the coach house and main house. The landscaping was beautiful and the backyard was a nice private getaway from the busy downtown. We loved walking to coffee every morning, and exploring all the shops and restaurants that were literally steps away.

This place was wonderful Super clean, great location. Had all the amenities we needed in lovely mid-century dcor. Plenty of room for us to hang out, inside and on back deck and porch. Check in was easy and we recd plenty of info and help regarding the area.
