Please Note:
- There is a doorbell camera on the front door and a camera on the corner of the garage facing the driveway.
- This home receives water via a well. It is perfectly safe to drink, but will taste a bit different if you're used to city water.
- This home has a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper and natural waste. Flushing other items, such as feminine product or baby wipes, can result in the septic backing up into the house. No one likes poo in the shower, so please be careful what you flush!
- Due to the country setting, it is common to see various critters such as deer, raccoon, mice, squirrels, opposums, ants, spiders, bees, etc. Be sure to keep the doors closed so the wildlife does not welcome itself inside. Though pest control comes regularly, if you notice any critters inside, please let us know right away.

We had an amazing time staying at the Orchard Beach house. My girls loved the pool. Everything was clean and accessible. This is an amazing property and we cant wait to visit again!

We had an awesome time in this home! Used the pool and hot tub everyday. Very private yard and beautiful landscape to sit and enjoy nature. We enjoyed our relaxing, peaceful trip. Easy to get to Holland or South Haven for some more tourist-y adventures. Highly recommend this property!

Peaceful surroundings close to quaint Saugatuck. House was beautifully kept, very spacious & sprawling, lovely grounds with pool & hot tub in a quiet, private woodsy neighborhood steps from Lake Michigan and nearby parks to watch stunning sunsets. Mark was a pleasure to work with, our first experience was effortless! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This house was perfect. Spacious, clean, centralized location but still remote enough to enjoy the quite of nature. The outdoor space was an amazing place to drink our morning coffee as well. One of the best properties Ive stayed. Hope to return in the future.

Our large group really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and four children. The house was very comfortable and the backyard was nice for the kids. We loved being able to walk to the two nearby beaches.

Spacious vacation house with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beauty of the area. Wonderfully situated between South Haven to the south and Saugatuck and Holland to the north-- Fennville is a gem. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and many plates, pots, mugs, etc. We even baked a cake with the cherries we picked! The beds are comfortable. House was clean and is very well maintained. Communication with the host was great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stacked with all the required utensils. The garage had so many beach toys and floats. Kid friendly home with so many books and toys. The 4 seasons room was our favorite. The furniture and dcor is tasteful and comfortable. The morning coffees in the backyard was such a peaceful experience.

This place is lovely. The owner has done such a wonderful job with this home. Its clean cozy and beautiful. Well furnished and very stylish. It made for the perfect relaxing getaway. The hot tub and the 3 seasons room were nice touches. We enjoyed having coffee in the sun room each morning. Communication was great leading up to and during our stay. The house is so well stocked. Our experience was perfect. Will be back. Thanks!

A perfect fit for a weekend with friends! It was very clean and spacious. We loved the 3 seasons room! The weather was chilly during our trip so that room was the perfect place to relax and get cozy with a fire. We also loved the hot tub. It was already hot when we arrived. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!
