The gas fireplace is only available in the winter months. Please do not use the fireplace in the summer or any time the air conditioning is on. 
This home is in the woods. It is common to see animals, bugs, critters, and vermin outside. Please make sure to keep the doors closed at all times so the wildlife does not welcome itself inside. Routine, preventive pest service is completed on this home. However, if you see evidence of pests inside, please let the office know right away.
There is an air mattress along with sheets available for additional sleeping. We ask that you do not have occupancy greater than 10 people.
