Driftwood is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking to relax on your deck watching the world go by and be able to walk to all the activities town has to offer.
The side deck is spacious and was expanded to provide enough room for both an outside meal and relaxing in the sunshine. You will love lounging with your morning coffee or a good book in the afternoon sunshine. From the deck, you can see Willow Park just across the street. Willow Park is waterfront on the Kalamazoo River and offers a great opportunity for a picnic and watching the many boats float by.
The main level of Driftwood offers a bright and open space to gather with your loved ones while watching a movie, playing cards, or just catching up after a day in town. A main level bedroom and full bathroom are convenient for those not able to do stairs. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and one additional full bathroom.
This home also includes a starter supply of body soap, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and more. Plus, our office is just next door should you need anything at all to make your stay more comfortable.
Located on Water Street on the flat in downtown Saugatuck, you will love the ease of walking to all town activities. Just a block away you'll find an amazing breakfast restaurant and only two blocks further is where all the shops, bars, galleries, and parks start. From live theater to music in the park, all activities will be out your door.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is in a great location, a short walk to downtown. The house is decorated very well and has a full kitchen with all the amenities. The outdoor area was also thoughtfully decorated. I would highly recommend this listing!

This was our 13th annual trip to Saugatuck. We had a blast! In past years, we usually stayed at properties closer to the beach. This year we decided to look around for a place over Labor Day and found this house which is managed by Mill Pond Realty. And btw... everyone we communicated with there were so kind and eager to help make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. We were within walking distance to everything in town and the beach was less than a 10 min drive which only seemed like 5 minutes. I enjoyed the outdoor deck space the most - it was wonderful and very relaxing. We hope to rent it again! Thank you to the owner of the home as well. A great time was had by all of us!!

Spent a fantastic week at this house. Pre-check in communication was fantastic. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. House was really nice, clean and ready for us upon arrival. Great location: everything you need in downtown Saugatuck is within walking distance. Would highly recommend and rent from again!

Overall, we very much enjoyed this fabulous location in a dream house! Mill Pond made it very easy to book a rental with accurate pictures. Driftwood was well equipped, clean, and located in a great part of town for family. We will surely be back!

Our home away from home, book-ended by visits from our adult children, highlighted by beautiful sunset walks on Oval Beach. Fun people watching from the patio and easy access to the New York Times. Especially appreciate the towns liberal spirit. Mill Pond is always pleasant and professional. This home has what it needs for a workable week.

We have been coming to Saugatuck for 30+ years and love the area. The house was great for our two families except for the wifi which needs to be upgraded. The location is very good for shopping and having fun in town.
