On the main level, the spacious living room features a comfortable sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV with basic cable for your entertainment. The perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventuring! The bright and airy sunroom, with a daybed and trundle, offers the ideal space for reading, napping, or just soaking in the light. Sliders lead to the charming screen porch. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, play board games, or enjoy a homecooked meal in the fresh air.

Please Note:
- The backyard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage which is just next door. Grey Cottage guests do not have access to the hot tub or any amenities other than the grill.
- Due to the age of the home, sometimes ants, vermin, and spiders will sneak inside. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
- This is an original historic cottage with minimal updates, but the location in downtown Saugatuck cannot be beaten.
- There is central air conditioning throughout. The small bedroom does not have a vent so a window AC unit is installed during the summer months.

We did a long weekend at Butlers Landing and it was the perfect location. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was a great bonus! We were within walking distance of all the cute shops, restaurants and attractions. The Mill Pond staff were super friendly and responsive. We will definitely be going back! We loved our stay and everyone we talked with was super friendly! Thanks!

The Butlers landing was great. Pleasant property in walking distance or maybe considered just to be in the downtown part of Saugatuck. The property itself is quaint and modest yet perfect for a simple place to stay for getaway.

We enjoyed a really nice stay, as two couples. The location is perfect for walking to all the amenities in town yet still quiet and somewhat off the main drag. One of the two bedrooms is quite small however both have queen size beds. We used the screened-in porch every morning and evening and used the lovely hot tub twice . Expect that the house is older but charming and clean.
