The main level offers an open great room with soaring ceilings. The living room is equipped with ample seating for everyone to gather and relax. The adjacent eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. From the kitchen, French doors open to the screen porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The primary bedroom is spacious and features a queen bed and half bathroom ensuite. There are two guest bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed, along with a full bathroom equipped with a shower.

The ground level includes a living room with Smart TV and a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower-tub combo. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Please Note: 

• This home receives water via a well. It is perfectly safe to drink, but will taste a bit different if you're used to city water. If the power goes out, you will also be without water until the power is restored. 
• This home has a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper and natural waste. Flushing other items, such as feminine products or baby wipes, can result in the septic backing up into the house. No one likes poo in the shower, so please be careful what you flush!
• Due to the country setting, it is common to see various critters such as deer, raccoons, mice, squirrels, opossums, ants, spiders, bees, etc. Be sure to keep the doors closed so the wildlife does not welcome itself inside.  Routine pest control services are in place, but if you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
• The outbuildings are not included in the rental.
