Parkside offers an open floorplan with a large great room. The living area has a flat-screen TV, leather recliner, and leather sofa sleeper perfect for additional sleeping. The kitchen area offers a large workspace with snack bar seating for 2, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small dishwasher. This is perfect for a leisurely breakfast at home or a quick lunch break from the beach. The dining area has a round table perfect for 4.
The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day.

Please Note:
- Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub.
- There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool.
- The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.

Great location, within walking distance to most things but still close to water and away from traffic. Clean, easy parking. Come every year and have not been disappointed. Thanks for another good year.

Love Saugatuck and this is a great location and great property. First time at this particular rental but cant say good enough things about it. Great working with Mill Pond Realty. Great staff. Couldnt be more pleased with our rental too!

We didnt have to drive anywhere during our stay because everything was within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable however the window AC was very noisy the first night. The next day we turned the dial so it wasnt as cold and that took care of the noise. The apartment is in the perfect area and there are only 3 apartments in the building. There is also a designated parking spot for each apartment right in front. Very easy to contact management and they are very friendly. We stayed in the larger apartment downstairs and the two smaller ones are upstairs.

Beautiful property in the best location possible - we were right across the street from the river and in comfortable walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. My niece and I couldnt have had more perfect accommodations or more fun. A much-needed getaway and a weekend Ill never forget.

This was a great place to stay for the week! It was a little tight for our family of four, but we loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. The place provided kitchen supplies and toiletries to get us started. It was clean and cute! Highly recommend!
